Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a a full refund or exchange. However we would still like to help if we can, so feel free to contact us if this is the case!
Important: All underwear including boxers, briefs and socks can only be returned if they are unopened and inside their original packaging. For reasons related to legality and hygiene, we are unable to accept the return of underwear once the original packaging has been opened.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have processed your refund. Please allow 14 days working days for the refund to show.
If the returned item does not pass our inspection, we will let you know via email.
